How to put your jewellery gift in a surprising way?

Hi! Happy New Year!!! After so long holiday, now it is time to update my blog.
This xmas, we had offered a pair of gold earring studs for my mother-in-law... but we didn't want her to know which brand we bought from... what to do??


 

This is the original packaging... and so after we put them into my trinket box ^_^V

And my mother-in-law was so surprised to see a pair of earrings in this cake box!!  Happy!!
